How to cook

Impeckable Chicken breast

Remove all packaging

 

Oven

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Place the fillets in an oven proof dish, pour over your favourite sauce and ovencook for 20 minutes. Enjoy while hot. 

BBQ or Grill

Pre-heat the grill to medium/high. Grill the fillets for 6-8 minutes turning occasionally, until golden brown

Pan

Remove all packaging. Place pan on a medium heat with a small amount of oil. Pan fry the fillets for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
