Do you like to think big? Great! We’d like to introduce you to our Big Bangers. As juicy and flavourful as the original, these beauties work perfectly with mashed potatoes and gravy. Alongside our ‘Little Willies’, their smaller brothers, they also make a tasty combo on the BBQ.

A bit of history: did you know that in 1918, Konrad Adenauer invented the first vegetarian sausage? He called it the Friedenswurst, or peace-sausage. Here’s to that!

Pan

Put a pan on medium heat and add 1 tbsp of oil. Pan fry the Big Bangers for 6-8 minutes until piping hot throughout (from frozen: 10 minutes), while turning occasionally.

BBQ

Brush the Big Bangers with oil and grill until piping hot throughout.

Enjoy while warm.

Not suitable for oven cooking.
