How to prepare


Heat 1 tbsp oil and fry the fillets for 3 minutes on each side, turning until golden brown. It should take about 6 minutes in total.​


Preheat the oven to 220°C or a fan-assisted oven to 200°C. Place the fillets on an oven rack and cook for 12 minutes.


Place in a pre-heated air fryer at 200°C and cook for 8 minutes. Remove once timer goes off and the product is golden brown.
