How to prepare
PAN
put a frying pan on a medium heat, add 2-3 tbsp oil. Pan fry the escalope for 2-3 minutes on each side.AIRFRYER
Pre-heat airfryer to 2000C and fry the escalope for 4-5 minutesOVEN
