- 2 burger buns
- 1/2 little gem lettuce
- 1/2 beef tomato sliced
- 2 tbsp white cabbage finely sliced
- 1 tbsp carrots grated
- 1 tbsp pineapple
- 2 tsp spring onion
- 1 tbsp Hellmann's® Vegan
Preparation

For the slaw mix the Pineapple, cabbage , carrot, spring onion and vegan mayo

Bake the Happy go clucky burgers on same tray as peppers. In the oven at 185c for 10 minutes.

Toast your buns and load with beef tomato, Happy go Clucky Burger and pineapple slaw
