INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack The Vegetarian Butcher crispy chicken style burger
- 150 grams romaine lettuce
- 1 tbsp Hellmann's® Vegan mayo
- 1/2 tsp American mustard
- 1/4 lemon squeezed
- 50 grams vegan Parmesan shavings
- 1/4 ciabatta roll cut into bite-sized pieces
- 40 grams radish finely sliced
- 5 grams parsley finely chopped
Preparation

Shred the lettuce wash in a colander under cold running water.

Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice and half of the vegan parmesan cheese and blitz with a hand blender to a smooth dressing. Season with pepper.

Bake the Happy go clucky burgers in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 185c. Along with the croutons seasoned with black pepper

Cut the burger into strips. Mix the dressing in a bowl with the lettuce and the radish slices.

Finish the salad with the ciabatta croutons, crispy burger strips, the rest of the vegan parmesan cheese and the parsley.
