Hot Sauce Peckers

Add a little spice to your meal time with these Hot Sauce Little Peckers.

  • 1 pack The Vegetarian Butcher Little Willies
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp vegan butter
  • 2 corn cobs cut in half
  • 1 handful crispy onions
  • 2 tbsp white cabbage finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp carrot grated
  • 1/2 tsp chives finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dill finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Hellmann's® Vegan mayo
  • 2 tsp soured cream vegan


  1. Place the Little peckers on a baking tray and cook for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 200c

  2. Meanwhile warm the hot sauce, ketchup and vegan butter to combine

  3. Toss the crispy little peckers in the sauce to glaze.

  4. Serve with ranch slaw, steamed corn

  5. For ranch slaw mix the cabbage, carrot, chives, dill, vegan mayo and vegan sour cream.

  6. for Corn, steam till tender brush with any left over glaze and top with crispy onions
