INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack impeckabe chicken breast
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- 1 garlic clove grated
- 100 grams white quinoa
- 100 grams red quinoa
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp harissa paste
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 150 grams broccoli florets
Preparation

Rub the ½ the Harissa paste into the Impeckable breasts

Meanwhile gentle fry the onion & garlic for 5 minutes
-
Add the quinoa stir in to coat well
-
Simmer with vegetable stock for 5 minutes and leave covered with lid

Rub the Impeckable Breasts & broccoli
-
Chargrill for 4 minutes both sides

Mix the rest of the Harissa & olive oil
-
Plate the quinoa, topped with Impeckable Breast & Broccoli
-
Top with dressing
