INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack impeckabe chicken breast
  • 1/2 red onion sliced
  • 1 garlic clove grated
  • 100 grams white quinoa
  • 100 grams red quinoa
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp harissa paste
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 150 grams broccoli florets

Preparation

  • Rub the ½ the Harissa paste into the Impeckable breasts

  • Meanwhile gentle fry the onion & garlic for 5 minutes

  • Add the quinoa stir in to coat well

  • Simmer with vegetable stock for 5 minutes and leave covered with lid

  • Rub the Impeckable Breasts & broccoli

  • Chargrill for 4 minutes both sides

  • Mix the rest of the Harissa & olive oil

  • Plate the quinoa, topped with Impeckable Breast & Broccoli

  • Top with dressing
