Karma Shawarma Loaded Fries

Delicious & easy to prepare, try these vegan Karma Shawarma loaded fries!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pack The Vegetarian Butcher Good Karma Shawarma
  • 1/4 iceberg lettuce sliced into rounds
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber sliced into rounds
  • 40 ml chilli sauce
  • 40 grams vegan cheese grated
  • 150 grams vegan yoghurt
  • 600 grams frozen French fries
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 garlic clove finely chopped
  • 1/2 lemon zested

Preparation

  1. Pan fry the Karma Shawarma over medium heat with olive oil for 2-3 minutes till golden and crispy.

  2. Meanwhile have the chips precooked as per packet instructions. Season with sea salt.

  3. Place the fries in an oven dish and top with the Karma Shawarma and vegan cheese. Bake at 200c for 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.

  4. meanwhile make the mint yoghurt dip made by mixing vegan yoghurt with garlic and lemon zest.

  5. Take fries from oven, sprinkle over the salad and drizzle with the mint yoghurt dip and chilli sauce.
