Karma Shawarma Pittas

Dig in and taste something revolutionary with these delicious Good Karma Shawarma pittas!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack The Vegetarian Butcher Good Karma Shawarma
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 small cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 punnet cherry tomatoes quartered
  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Hellmann's® Vegan garlic
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 small pitta breads
  • 50 grams rocket washed
  • black pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix garlic, yoghurt, mint and vegan mayo. Season with black pepper.

  2. Pan fry the Karma Shawarma over medium heat with olive oil for 2-3 minutes till golden and crispy.

  3. Slice and warm the Pittas. Fill with salad and The Karma Shawarma.

  4. Serve with the mint yoghurt dip
