INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack The Vegetarian Butcher Little Willies
  • 6 brioche rolls
  • 1 tbsp apple sauce
  • 1 tbsp crispy fried onions
  • 1 tsp American mustard
  • 1 tbsp Hellmann's cheese sauce
  • 1 tbsp crispy fried onions
  • 1 tbsp crispy fried onions
  • 1 tsp hot katsu sauce
  • 1 spring onion chopped

Preparation

  1. Brush the 'Little Willies' and grill for 8 minutes on a medium BBQ

  2. Toast your Brioche sliders

  3. For a Pork' n Apple baby dog - brush with apple sauce, top with fried onions and American mustard

  4. For a Cheesy doglet - top with Hellmanns Cheese sauce, crispy onions, sliced gherkins

  5. For the katsu dog - top with crispy onions, hot katsu sauce and spring onions
