INGREDIENTS

  • 320 g The Vegetarian Butcher Little Willies
  • 200 g plain flour
  • 3.0 pcs eggs
  • 200 ml semi skimmed milk
  • 30 ml sunflower oil
  • 5.0 g rosemary
  • 350 g potatoes mash
  • 20.00 g onions fried crispy
  • 280 m prepared gravy
  • 5.0 g Colman's English Mustard

Preparation

  1. In a bowl Whisk flour, eggs, milk and mustard together

  2. Heat oiled Yorkshire tray in oven at 170c

  3. Cut Onions in half rub in oil and rosemary bake in oven

  4. Fry Little Willie's for 3 minutes until golden

  5. Placein hottrays(s) with Yorkshire mix and bake for 25-30 minutes

  6. Serve Toads and roast onions with mash and gravy. Sprinkle with crispy fried onions
