INGREDIENTS
- 3 packs Vegetarian Butcher Magic Mince
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion diced
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 green pepper diced
- 1 red pepper diced
- 2 teaspoon cumin
- sprinkle salt
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1 can tinned red kidney beans
- vegan cheese
- to garnish sour cream - will make the dish vegetarian not vegan optional
Preparation

In a wide pan, heat the oil and add onion, garlic and diced peppers. Sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add ground beef and sauté until Magic Mince is golden.

Add cumin, crushed tomatoes and Knorr® Intense Flavors Earth. Stir to combine and season with salt to taste. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add beans and cook for 2-3 more minutes.

Serve with sour cream and fresh cilantro.
