Turn up the excitement with our Patty bagel burger with, ranch slaw, dill pickle and mustard.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 The Vegetarian Butcher raw burger
  • 2 bagels
  • 2 tbsp white cabbage finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp carrots grated
  • 1/2 tsp chives finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dill finely chopped
  • 2 tsp vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp sour cream vegan
  • 2 tsp dill pickles
  • 1 tsp American mustard

Preparation

  • For the slaw mix the carrot, cabbage, chives, dill, vegan mayo and vegan sour cream

  • Pan fry the Patty on the backs over medium heat for 4 minutes each side.

  • Toast your bagel and top with ranch slaw, Patty, mustard and dill pickles
