- 2 tbsp white cabbage finely sliced
- 1 tbsp carrots grated
- 1/2 tsp chives finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp dill finely chopped
- 2 tsp vegan mayonnaise
- 2 tsp sour cream vegan
- 2 tsp dill pickles
- 1 tsp American mustard
Preparation

For the slaw mix the carrot, cabbage, chives, dill, vegan mayo and vegan sour cream

Pan fry the Patty on the backs over medium heat for 4 minutes each side.

Toast your bagel and top with ranch slaw, Patty, mustard and dill pickles
