- 2 The Vegetarian Butcher raw burger
- 2 burger buns
- 1/2 beef tomato
- 1 tbsp Hellmann's® Vegan mayo
- 1 portobello mushroom sliced
- 1 tsp fresh chives chopped
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp red onion relish
Preparation

Mix the vegan Mayo with chives & dijon mustard.

Meanwhile pan fry your Patty on the Backs in a splash of olive oil for 4 minutes each side over a medium heat.

Add the portabello to the same pan and season with a little black pepper

Toast your buns and spread over the Dijon Mayo.

Load with the beef tomato, Patty on the Back, mushrooms & onion relish
