  • 320 grams The Vegetarian Butcher Unbelievaballs
  • 2 red onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 200 grams portobello mushroom
  • 100 grams baby leaf spinach
  • grams tinned tomatoes
  • 160 grams spaghetti
  • 20 grams basil


  • For Sauce: fry sliced onion &chopped garlic in olive oil. Add NoMeatballs, tomatoes, basil and cook out for 20 minutes. Cook spaghetti till al dente, drain, mix with baby spinach and a little sauce. In dishes layer, spaghetti, meatballs, portabello mushrooms and grated parmesan. Bake in hot oven 200c for 10 minutes.
