INGREDIENTS
- 320 grams The Vegetarian Butcher Unbelievaballs
- 2 red onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 15 ml olive oil
- 200 grams portobello mushroom
- 100 grams baby leaf spinach
- grams tinned tomatoes
- 160 grams spaghetti
- 20 grams basil
Preparation

For Sauce: fry sliced onion &chopped garlic in olive oil. Add NoMeatballs, tomatoes, basil and cook out for 20 minutes. Cook spaghetti till al dente, drain, mix with baby spinach and a little sauce. In dishes layer, spaghetti, meatballs, portabello mushrooms and grated parmesan. Bake in hot oven 200c for 10 minutes.
