INGREDIENTS
- 300g The Vegetarian Butcher NoChicken Chunks
- tortilla 4
- whole cloves 1
- smoked paprika tsps 2
- cumin 2 tsps
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1 red pepper sliced
- 1 yellow pepper sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 75g guacamole
- 75g tomato salsa
- 1 lime
- 20g fresh coriander
Preparation

Heat the pan with a drizzle of olive oil Add onions and peppers until they have softened approximately 4 mins on a medium heat.

Then add the crushed garlic clove and cook for a further 2 minutes.

Next add the smoked paprika, cumin and ground coriander and mix well. Let this cook for 2-3 mins.

Push the onions and peppers to one side and make space for the TVB Nochicken Chunks.

For best results, add a splash of mild olive oil and cook for 2-3 mins on each side until golden brown. Then combine with your onion and peppers to serve.

Serve on soft tortilla wraps, a squeeze of fresh lime and chopped coriander with a side of guacamole and salsa.
