  • 300g The Vegetarian Butcher NoChicken Chunks
  • tortilla 4
  • whole cloves 1
  • smoked paprika tsps 2
  • cumin 2 tsps
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 1 red pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow pepper sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 75g guacamole
  • 75g tomato salsa
  • 1 lime
  • 20g fresh coriander

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan with a drizzle of olive oil Add onions and peppers until they have softened approximately 4 mins on a medium heat. Then add the crushed garlic clove and cook for a further 2 minutes Next add the smoked paprika, cumin and ground coriander and mix well. Let this cook for 2-3 mins Push the onions and peppers to one side and make space for the TVB Nochicken Chunks. For best results, add a splash of mild olive oil and cook for 2-3 mins on each side until golden brown. Then combine with your onion and peppers to serve. Serve on soft tortilla wraps, a squeeze of fresh lime and chopped coriander with a side of guacamole and salsa.
