Vegetarian soy-based meat balls fortified with vitamin B12 and iron. High in protein 

SOY structure (70%) (water, isolated SOY protein, SOY protein concentrate, WHEAT gluten , WHEAT starch, soybean meal (SOY)), rapeseed oil, onions, free range EGG white, spice extracts, potato starch, palm fat, flavourings, spirit vinegar, caramelised sugar, dextrose, spices, thickener (processed eucheuma seaweed), salt, iron (Ferric pyrophosphate), vitamin B12. 

HOW TO PREPARE

PAN

Fry the NoMeatballs, preferably defrosted, in oil on medium heat until golden brown

COMBI OVEN

Drizzle some oil on the NoMeatballs, keep it in the oven until fully heated/golden brown.

SAUCE

Prepare a sauce and add the NoMeatballs. Let it simmer for at least 2-3 minutes

DEEP FRY

Fry the NoMeatballs at 180°C, until golden brown. Serve as a snack or in a sauce. Suggested portion size 85g, approximately 5 meatballs
