Chilli Hotdog

Great authentic flavour for this meaty tasting vegan alternative.

  • 75.00 g kidney beans canned in water
  • 200.00 g Knorr Chilli Sauce
  • 150.00 g vegan cheese
  • 750.00 g The Vegetarian Butcher Vegeterrier Hot Dog
  • 150.00 g The Vegetarian Butcher Magic Mince
  • 150.00 g red onions
  • 500.00 g hot dog roll brioche vegan
  • 50.00 g crispy fried onions

Preparation

  1. For the NoMince Chilli: Sweat the red onion (finely diced) for 4 minutes.

  2. Add 'The Vegetarian Butcher NoMince and fry for a further 2 minutes

  3. Add KNORR Chilli RTU sauce and kidney beans.

  4. Simmer for 15 minutes.

  5. For the Hotdog: Cook 'The Vegetarian NoHotdogs' sous vide till heated through.

  6. Slice and warm the hotdog roll.

  7. To finish: Top with 'The Vegetarian Butcher'NoHotdog, Chilli and grated vegan cheese. Grill lightly for cheese to melt slightly.

  8. Finish with crispy onions. Serve with HELLMANN's front of house sauces.
