Classic Patty

A classic burger featuring our Patty On The Back Burger paired with caramelised onions and truffle mayo. 


  • 20 Minutes
  • 2 Servings
  • 2 The Vegetarian Butcher raw burger
  • 2 burger bun
  • 1 red onion finely sliced
  • 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 beef tomato
  • 1 tbsp Hellmann's® Vegan mayo
  • white truffle oil


  1. In a frying pan over low heat fry the onions for 10 minutes till start to caramelise. Add the sugar for the last 2 minutes to finish caramelising.

  2. For the truffle mayo mix Hellmann's Vegan Mayo with 5 drops of truffle oil.

  3. Meanwhile pan fry your Patty on the Backs for 4 minutes each side over a medium heat.

  4. Toast your buns and spread over the truffle Mayo.

  5. Load with the beef tomato, Patty on the Back, dill pickle and caramelised onions
