Magic Mince Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients
- 1,000.00 ml Knorr Tomato & Basil Concentrated Sauce
- 750.00 g The Vegetarian Butcher Magic Mince
- 15.00 g Knorr Professional garlic puree
- 250.00 g button mushrooms sliced
- 300.00 g onions diced
- 800.00 ml water
- 3.00 g Knorr Professional mixed herbs puree
- Knorr pasta spaghetti 3 kg raw weight
- 15.00 g basil
- 150.00 g vegan cheese
- 50.00 ml olive oil
- 3.00 g salt
Preparation

For the bolognese: Finely dice onion and mushrooms.

Heat a suitable pan and sweat the onions for 10 minutes.

Add 'The Vegetarian Butcher NoMince and diced mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes.

Add boiling water, KNORR Tomato and Basil concentrated sauce, KNORR Professional garlic puree, KNORR Professional Mixed Herbs Puree and simmer for 10 minutes.

For the spaghetti: Into alarge pan with boiling salted water add spaghetti , stir and cook for 10 minutes till aldente.

Drain and toss in olive oil.

To serve: Divide spaghetti into bowls, top with Bolognese, Grate over Vegan Hard Cheese, and finely sliced basil.
