Magic Mince Spaghetti Bolognese

  • 1,000.00 ml Knorr Tomato & Basil Concentrated Sauce
  • 750.00 g The Vegetarian Butcher Magic Mince
  • 15.00 g Knorr Professional garlic puree
  • 250.00 g button mushrooms sliced
  • 300.00 g onions diced
  • 800.00 ml water
  • 3.00 g Knorr Professional mixed herbs puree
  • Knorr pasta spaghetti 3 kg raw weight
  • 15.00 g basil
  • 150.00 g vegan cheese
  • 50.00 ml olive oil
  • 3.00 g salt

Preparation

  1. For the bolognese: Finely dice onion and mushrooms.

  2. Heat a suitable pan and sweat the onions for 10 minutes.

  3. Add 'The Vegetarian Butcher NoMince and diced mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes.

  4. Add boiling water, KNORR Tomato and Basil concentrated sauce, KNORR Professional garlic puree, KNORR Professional Mixed Herbs Puree and simmer for 10 minutes.

  5. For the spaghetti: Into alarge pan with boiling salted water add spaghetti , stir and cook for 10 minutes till aldente.

  6. Drain and toss in olive oil.

  7. To serve: Divide spaghetti into bowls, top with Bolognese, Grate over Vegan Hard Cheese, and finely sliced basil.
