Patty Bagel

Turn up the excitement with our Patty bagel burger with, ranch slaw, dill pickle and mustard.

  • 2 Servings
  • 2 The Vegetarian Butcher raw burger
  • 2 bagels
  • 2 tbsp white cabbage finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp carrots grated
  • 1/2 tsp chives finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dill finely chopped
  • 2 tsp vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp sour cream vegan
  • 2 tsp dill pickles
  • 1 tsp American mustard

Preparation

  1. For the slaw mix the carrot, cabbage, chives, dill, vegan mayo and vegan sour cream

  2. Pan fry the Patty on the backs over medium heat for 4 minutes each side.

  3. Toast your bagel and top with ranch slaw, Patty, mustard and dill pickles
