Portobello Patty

Try our Portobello Patty with Dijon mustard and red onion relish, perfect for adding some flavour to your BBQ!

  • 2 Servings
  • 2 The Vegetarian Butcher raw burger
  • 2 burger buns
  • 1/2 beef tomato
  • 1 tbsp Hellmann's® Vegan mayo
  • 1 portobello mushroom sliced
  • 1 tsp fresh chives chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp red onion relish


  1. Mix the vegan Mayo with chives & dijon mustard.

  2. Meanwhile pan fry your Patty on the Backs in a splash of olive oil for 4 minutes each side over a medium heat.

  3. Add the portabello to the same pan and season with a little black pepper

  4. Toast your buns and spread over the Dijon Mayo.

  5. Load with the beef tomato, Patty on the Back, mushrooms & onion relish
