Sweet and sour pickle hotdog recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pack of bratwurst
- 2 small baguettes
- ½ cucumber
- ½ large carrot
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dragon mustard
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 dl vinegar
- 200 grams sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- oil to fry in
Preparation

Mix the vinegar with the sugar and salt, bring to the boil and stir until the sugar and salt have dissolved. Allow the mixture to cool.

Slice thin ribbons of the cucumber and the carrot with a potato peeler and stir the ribbons into the cooled vinegar. Leave for about half an hour.

Mix the dragon mustard with the mayonnaise.

Toast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until they colour slightly.

Chop the spring onion into rings.

Fry the Bratwurst on a medium heat in some oil until browned.

Slice the baguettes lengthways and coat the inside with some of the mustard mayonnaise. Add the sweet and sour cucumber and carrot ribbons and the Bratwurst.

Drizzle some of the sauce over the roll and sprinkle with the chopped spring onions and the toasted sesame seeds.
