            The Great Escalope Torta
Bite into a world of flavour with this exciting Great Escalope and Mexican inspired torta bun recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 pack The Vegetarian Butcher vegetarian soy-based schnitzel
 - 2 brioche burger buns
 - 0.5 avocado
 - 1 tbsp salsa
 - 1 tbsp sour cream
 - 0.25 red onion finely sliced
 - 1 lime juiced
 - 1 tsp caster sugar
 - 6 coriander seeds
 - washed lettuce
 - tomato sliced
 - gherkin Sour sliced
 
Preparation

Heat the lime juice, sugar and coriander seeds till dissolved. Add sliced red onions. Chill and keep overnight in fridge till needed. These will keep for a few days.

Pan Fry the Great Escalopes in 1 tbsp of vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes each side. Or oven cook at 200c for 8 minutes.

Toast and load your buns with sour cream, lettuce, avocado, sliced escalope

Queso, Gherkin, tomato and pickled mexican onions
