The Unbelievabull BBQ Burger

A great meat alternative option with 'The Vegetarian Butcher Unbelievabull Burger and Hellman's

  • 800 g The Vegetarian Butcher Unbelievabull Burger
  • 200. ml Hellmann's® Vegan
  • 100 ml Knorr barbecue sauce
  • 10 pc ciabatta rolls
  • 600 g pineapple
  • 200 g red cabbage
  • 100 g carrots
  • 100 g onions
  • 10 g flat leaf parsley
  • 100 g lollo bionda
  • 2 g seasoning salt pepper
  • 20 ml vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat a grill pan or BBQ.

  2. Cut the peeled and cored pineapple into 10 rings and grill for 1 minute each side.

  3. Brush 'The Vegetarian Butcher' Unbelievabull Burgers with oil and grill for about 3 minutes each side till cooked. Brush with Hellmann’s BBQ sauce and keep warm.

  4. Thinly slice red cabbage, onion and grate carrot. Mix with Hellmann’s vegan mayo and chopped parsley. Season to taste.

  5. Slice the buns in half, and toast.

  6. Spread the toasted buns with Hellmans vegan mayo.

  7. On bottom half of buns layer with (washed and picked) lollo biondi, pineapple, then BBQ Vegetarian Butcher Burger and red cabbage coleslaw.

  8. Finish with bun top. Great served with potato wedges.
