What The Cluck Tikka Skewers

Taste them to believe it - What the cluck tikka skewers with cucumber raita and beetroot salad. A delicious BBQ dish to impress the whole family.

  • 1 pack The Vegetarian Butcher What the Cluck
  • 2 tsp tandoori paste
  • 3 tbsp vegan yoghurt
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 50 gram cucumber
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp mint
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 2 beetroot
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 flatbreads


  1. Beetroot salad- Wash and roast the beetroot whole for 45 minutes at 175c. Cover chill. Then peel and grate. Add sliced red onion. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice

  2. Raita- grate the cucumber, squeeze out some of water, fold through vegan yoghurt, garlic, mint and coriander.

  3. Mix What the Cluck with the tandoori paste zest of lemon and vegan yoghurt.

  4. Drizzle over a little vegetable oil and grill on hot BBQ for 6 minutes, turning frequently.

  5. Serve the skewers with the beetroot salad, raita and flatbreads
