GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE
Our grievance procedure explains how employees and external stakeholders can safely raise concerns and seek remediation.
We believe it is important that everyone connected to The Vegetarian Butcher Collective can speak up safely, fairly and with confidence. This grievance procedure provides a clear and accessible way to raise concerns about actual or potential adverse impacts related to our activities.
This grievance procedure is available to all internal and external stakeholders, including employees, suppliers, business partners and other parties connected to our operations and value chain.
Concerns can be raised via the following contact page. (insert link) Concerns may relate to human rights, labour conditions, ethical conduct, integrity, or non-compliance with our policies.
All concerns are handled confidentially and reviewed in a fair and timely manner. We do not tolerate retaliation of any kind against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
Concerns are assessed by the appropriate internal teams and followed up with actions or remediation where necessary. Where impacts are identified within our value chain, we seek to use our influence to prevent or mitigate harm.
